School District 54 is partnering with the Illinois Department of Public Health to offer a free vaccine clinic from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the District 54 Professional Learning Center, 522 E. Schaumburg Road in Schaumburg (enter through door C1).
Licensed health care professionals will provide all required and recommended vaccines. No insurance or ID is required, but parents/guardians must be present and consent for all children under 18 years old.
Registration is encouraged, and families can register by clicking on this link. However, walk-ins are also welcome.
