School District 54 -

On Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. a public hearing will take place during the Board of Education meeting conducted by Schaumburg School District 54. During this public hearing, the district will discuss the request for a physical education waiver of a school code mandate (105 ILCS 5/27-710) to maintain the current K-6 structure for physical education.  Staff and community members will be provided the opportunity to participate in public comment.  The meeting will take place at the Schaumburg School District 54 office, located at 524 E. Schaumburg Road, Schaumburg, IL 60194.
