Student Absences

Please remember to phone student absences into the main office before 9:00 a.m. daily. 

New Enrollments
          Parents should bring the child’s official birth certificate (hospital certificates are not acceptable).  Proof of residency is also required.  Three forms are needed.  They

 include:

                    One of the following:  a current tax bill, signed lease or the closing statement from the purchase of your home; and

                    Two of the following:  current driver’s license; gas, electric or telephone bill; public aid card; voter registration card; home/apartment insurance certificate; auto registration, or receipt for city vehicle sticker.

          A consumable materials fee will be collected at the time of registration.

      Parents are asked to please not call their local school or the
      District 54 administrative offices for information on school 
      closings.  Switchboards must remain open for emergency
      purposes.

BUS & DAY CARE STUDENTS

All bus and day care students will not be permitted to change their daily dismissal routine without a written note from the parent.  Without a written note your student will be placed on his/her normal bus.  Thank you!
