Mail-Home Registration for the 2010-11 School Year

Families of students currently enrolled in District 54 will receive registration forms for the 2010-11 school year in the mail the week of March 28. These form must be completed, signed, dated and returned to the school your child is currently attending by Friday, April 9, 2010, in order to have your child placed on a future class list and to provide bus routes by the end of the school year for students who qualify for free busing (home is 1.5 miles or more from school).

District 54 implemented a new student software system on Jan. 1, 2010. Due to the change in data collection, you will not be receiving a pre-printed form this year. You will receive a new student enrollment form for each one of your children, but only one family census form for the 2010-11 school year.
